Program Summary
Across Shanzu Ward, teenage pregnancy remains one of the leading causes of school dropout among girls—many of whom never return to the classroom, despite their potential. The Teenage Mothers Reentry Program restores these dreams.
This program delivers dignified, holistic reentry support by combining counseling, material aid, mentorship, and advocacy to ensure every girl has the tools, encouragement, and legal backing to return to school. We work with caregivers, schools, health officers, and local leaders to create safe, shame-free pathways back into education.
